Research and Development Division of Marx Darwin Real Estates Services, under the direction of Dr. Daniel Kwabena Adjei partnered with the Association of Researchers and Planners for research purposes. The Association for Researcher and Planners exists to nurture a community of researchers who are interested to advance knowledge and teachable skills in matters relating to Health, Engineering and Information Communication Technologies.

It provides the platform and singular voice of direction to enthusiastic intellectuals who are willing to change the world through research and findings. Often, research and development works closely with the marketing department. Marketing studies consumer trends by surveying and researching consumer demands, purchasing methods, product sales, and the existence and development of technology across the relevant market. The marketing department gathers all the data, and makes this information available to the R & D department, which will take action in response to the findings and proceed to keep the company on top of current market needs.
